I've worked with Jonesy for a little over 10 years now and through that time I greatly improved every facet of my game. From my skating stride, my edge work, fundamental skills and how to think the game. Jonesy is always a step ahead of the curve and always up to date with what works to get you to the next level. He's very passionate and intelligent about hockey and knows how to get the best out of each training session.
